About Us - Our Philosophy

Edward Taub & Company is a family run Letting & Management agency which specializes solely in the letting and management of residential property.

We let all different types of properties ranging from the smallest studio flat to the largest detached house, and irrespective of size or price our approach remains consistent throughout. We carefully select the right tenants for your property in the knowledge that if both our Landlords and Tenants are happy, they will continue to use our services, and recommend us to others.

Many of our clients have come to us due to recommendation, and over the years a number of our tenants have become Landlords also. We consider it a compliment that people choose to use us because of our reputation, or due to the service they received from us as tenants, and we strive to maintain our high standards to ensure further clients are recommended in the future.

Our aim is to always achieve the best possible rental figure for our Landlords in the minimum time possible, however we will not compromise on the selection and vetting of prospective tenants. All applicants are referenced via an independent credit referencing agency who specialise in the checking of tenants for the lettings industry. This is to ensure complete impartiality, to protect our Landlords interest and in most cases enables us to offer Legal and Rent insurance.

We are always happy to provide references from existing Landlords if requested.
