As part of the valuation, we will show you comparable property sales in order to enable you with our guidance to set the correct marketing price for your home.

First impressions and the way in which your property is presented can have a major impact on the price you will achieve and therefore, as part of our service we will also advise of any changes you might want to consider to enhance your property. These are not necessarily things that will cost money and are generally suggestions of how the property should look for a viewing. Although many of these changes would be plainly obvious, some sellers forget to do them and a check list of these will form part of your Sellers Pack.

Tailoring Our Service

Whether you want the marketing of your property to go nationwide or to be dealt with on a more low key basis, we will design a marketing campaign to suit your requirements.

We use all the major websites and local publications to give you maximum exposure and all potential purchasers are vetted prior to any viewing to ensure we eliminate any time wasters.

Once a marketing campaign is agreed, we will prepare the property details and submit them to you for approval prior to them being circulated. When agreed, potential purchasers will be automatically notified through our instant property alert system which emails and texts any purchaser registered with us looking for your type of property.
