Property Search

The type of points you might want to consider, depending on your situation, are areas, schools, transport links, parking etc.

As renting quite often is an immediate requirement where a tenant needs to find a property in a few weeks, trying to find your ideal home is not always that easy and therefore, you may need to be flexible in terms of trying to tick every box and consider what are the most important points and working around those.

Consider Your Costs

  • Administration fee: This charge varies according to the level of rent and the number of tenants
  • Reference fees: Charged by the credit referencing agency for taking up references
